Just to remind you, I shared a post ‘Watch Indian News Channels Online’ on this blog a while ago. I hope you enjoyed the free online news channel service. Today I came across an awesome extension for Chrome browser that will let you watch TV channels directly without having to open any website.
Yes, you read it read. After installing the extension, you will not have to open the website. The extension named ‘TV For Google Chrome’, as its name implies, works on Chrome browser using which you can watch any TV channel (Worldwide) right on your browser screen.

I’m going to tell you how to install and use ‘TV For Google Chrome’ extension. Of course, you will need Chrome browser for this extension to work. If you don’t have Chrome browser, download the latest version from here.
Find the download link at the end of the post, and download and install the extension in your Chrome browser. Once installed, a new TV icon will be added to the Chrome toolbar as you can see in the screenshot above. Now, click the TV icon in the Chrome toolbar, a pop-up will appear where you’ll be provided with the list of countries and channel categories.
You can navigate through countries or categories to the channel that you want to watch. Also, it requires Windows media player browser plugin installed on your computer.
