Nokia Lumia 610 is the cheapest Windows phone in the world. Those of you out here in India who have been waiting to buy his phone for a long time, here’s a good news for all of you. The company has finally launched the Lumia 610 in India with an affordable price tag. The phone will be up to buy from the stores starting tomorrow i.e. July 7th.
To announce the launch of the yet another Lumia Phone, Nokia hosted an event at New Delhi and sent out press invites to their Lumia 610 and 900 phone launch. Nokia Lumia features a 3.7 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and 56K colors combination.
Nokia Lumia 610 will be available in 4 colors: Magenta, White, Blue and Black. You can buy the phone for an affordable price of Rs 12,999 from the official Nokia web store. It will surely disappoint customers who were expecting the price of Nokia Lumia 610 to be under Rs 11,000.
Customers will also get 2GB data per month free for Airtel and Idea till 4 months after the purchase of Nokia Lumia 600. The current device runs Windows Phone 7.5 but it will surely get the latest Windows Phone 7.8, which was announced a couple of weeks ago by Microsoft.
