Last time I shared Airtel working Free GPRS trick with you. If you’ve missed the post, you should check the post out. There are a lot of tricks out there but I didn’t find any of them working. At last I found one that I’m going to share with you today. In this trick, I’ll tell you how you can use free GPRS if you’ve an Idea SIM Card.
First of all, you need to install Idea GPRS settings on your mobile phone. To get latest GPRS settings, compose a message on your phone, write ‘SET’ and send it to ‘546714’. Shortly, you’ll receive a SMS containing the instructions to install GPRS settings. Follow the instructions to have fresh GPRS settings installed in your mobile phone.
In case, you don’t get response back. Here are the settings you can save manually in your mobile phone.
Account name – idea_fresh
Username – (Leave Blank)
Password – (Leave blank)
Homepage – http://wap.ideafresh.com
Proxy and server port – 8080
Proxy and server address – 10.4.42.15
Databearer – GPRS/Packetdata
Access point name (APN) – imis
Proxy – Enabled/Yes
Authentication type – Normal
When you’re done with the settings, restart your phone. Now use default browser in your phone (Note that if you use any third party browser I can’t guarantee the trick will work) and open any of the following links.

Now start browsing sites by entering the URL in the input box. That’s it !! The trick is tested in Delhi and it really works. Try the trick and do share if it works for you.
