Airtel customers has one more reason to be happy. Let’s say, you’re really having a bad day and you ran out of balance and you find no place to buy a Top up. What would you do then? Don’t worry, Airtel has just announced ‘Call me back’ service for all prepaid users in India.
Using this new feature, you can send an emergency ‘call me back’ SMS notification to friends. This is possible even when the customer has no balance, and is unable to even make a ‘missed call’. Note that you can notify a friend who’s using the Airtel network operator. You can’t send emergency messages to other network operators like Vodafone, Idea, Tata, etc.
How To Use ‘Call Me Back’ Service When You Ran Out Of Balance?
If you stuck in a situation with a zero balance, you can simply call ‘*141#’ from your Airtel number and follow the system instructions. Important to note that you are allowed to send only 5 ‘Call me Back’ messages per month absolutely free of cost.
With this, friends on the Airtel network can now send and receive talk time to each other, and even give away mobile services’ gift packs with or without a special occasion. If you’re an Airtel customer, dial ‘*141#’ and try the service yourself.
